'College will be Saved' Adver article on 4.6.13 Yesterday it looked as if this might not be the Case

The Swindon Advertiser article on Tuesday 4th of June was not overly reassuring about the future of the Victorian former College on the site of the new development because the developer Ashfield Land will not be able to renovate it until the second phase of their development.
Coun Garry Perkins, cabinet member for economy, regeneration and culture, was however confident that the conversion of the building will start in 18months time and in the meantime they will ensure the building is kept secured, and the council will keep a check on them to ensure there are no further squatters living in there and committing arson attacks.

It would be more reassuring if concerned local people knew what was happening to the building.
