David Robinson at the Glue Pot

David Robinson, one of our Swindon Open Studios artists, let me know that he was having an exhibition at the Glue Pot some time ago, so on the way back from the Designer Outlet, I went to have a look, thinking it might be a suitable SOS venue.
I love the Glue Pot, it's a great pub, and David's work looked great in there, plus he'd sold one of his paintings, always a bonus. More good news is that the Glue Pot will be a venue for SOS 2015.
I took some photos in what now looks like very poor light, but at the time didn't seem that muted:




 These looked lovely, but have turned out very difficult to see!

 Above is 'Cheltenham House from Stanier St', this is the painting that David has sold.

 You know the solution to this, go and have a look at the paintings in the Glue Pot, I think they will be there until the end of January. Details of how to contact David can be found via the Swindon Open Studios website
