Setting Up on the 5 September, the First Morning

I took the last of the labels down to the Central Library and the two windows on Saturday morning about 9am, and found the following people busy at work arranging their work, ready for visitors later on in the day.
Rachel Coyle in the drum unpacking her  fused glass pieces
and a great poster advertising SOS also in the drum as people entered the library
And here's Colin Curtis, event's organiser in the library putting up more posters:
Below Gavin Salisbury unpacking his surreal scenes, I hope he's got some left for next week when I'll be looking round on Saturday 12 September
Here's Carmen B Norris erecting a grill with Luke in the background
On the way out of the library, Margaret Sadler was putting together her exhibition beside Rachel Coyle, but there are no photos of her!
From there I went across to the number Nine Gallery where Sam Silverton was eating breakfast and concerned about whether she'd got her exhibition looking as good as it could do.  Again tempted to buy, and hoping there will be less choice next Saturday because I find it very hard to pick one of Sam's pieces, I could live with any of them.
 Here's a photo of Sam's work on a plinthe:
Also in the Number Nine Gallery are some great paintings by Kate Parsons who put together the Entertaining Swindon exhibition at Swindon Museum and Art Gallery.
I wonder what sort of response they got this weekend?
