Tim Carroll's Exhibition of 100 Views of Swindon at the Beehive

Having been offered the wall at the Beehive by landlord, Andy Marcer, I thought it would be good to show some of Tim's 100 Views of Swindon framed prints in advance of the big showing of all of the 100 views at the 175 Art Trail which runs from 5 June until 3 July.
Tim put up the exhibition yesterday morning when the light from the window made everything look a bit misty, but here he is putting up the pictures:
 and carefully hanging another:
 and taking out a nail:
 going higher
then Andy decided the spotlights needed replacing which was a bit of a job
Here's the finished wall of prints to the left of the curtains
And before the evening started, the bar snacks looked rather tidy and tasty:
Lots of people came and enjoyed working out where the views were painted from.
All framed prints are £20, if you see one you'd like to buy, please ask a member of the bar staff who should let you take it away when you have bought it.
Great article by Barry Leighton in the Swindon Advertiser today, 11 Feb:
